Acetylation Modification Improves Immunoregulatory Effect of Polysaccharide from Seeds of<i> Plantago asiatica</i> L.

<div>Ac-PLCP increased the expression of costimulating molecules on DC. DCs treated with Ac-PLCPs III and IV expressed a higher level of CD86 (a) and CD80 (b) molecules than PLCP group.
