Acetylation Modification Improves Immunoregulatory Effect of Polysaccharide from Seeds of<i> Plantago asiatica</i> L.

<div>Ac-PLCP attenuated the endocytosis activity of DCs. The endocytosis activity was also determined by flow cytometry. The uptake of FITC-dextran of DCs in medium group was extremely high. However, endocytosis activity was significantly attenuated by PLCP treatment. In particular, DCs in Ac-PLCP III and IV groups exhibited much weaker uptake of FITC-dextran.
