Gamma-Tocotrienol Stimulates the Proliferation, Differentiation, and Mineralization in Osteoblastic MC3T3-E1 Cells

<div>Effect of <i>γ</i>-tocotrienol on the differentiation in MC3T3-E1 cells. Cells were treated with <i>γ</i>-tocotrienol at different doses for the desired time. The ALP activity (a), OC and ON amount ((b), (c)), and Col I mRNA level (d) were determined by colorimetric analysis, ELISA, and real-time PCR analysis, respectively.
