Spectrophotometric determination of the Michaelis–Menten kinetics for the CA oxidation by TvL in 1 mM mercury ion concentrations at different incubation times. The kinetics were determined in acetate buffer (0.1 M, pH 4.5), monitoring the CA enzymatic oxidation at 410 nm.
