SiHa and CasKi cells were treated with the five hybrid fluoroquinolones 3a–e at different doses. (a) SiHa cells treatment shows a gradual inhibitory effect with compounds 3a, 3b, 3d, and 3e. (b) CasKi cells treatment shows a gradual effect with 3a while the abrupt effect was noticed with 3b, 3d, and 3e.
