Effect of pH and temperature on the relative activity of free PLC and PLC-Fe3O4@SiO2@p(GMA). Effect of pH on the relative activity of free PLC and PLC-Fe3O4@SiO2@p(GMA) using soybean lecithin emulsions as a substrate at 55°C for 2 h. The optimum pH of PLC was 7.5 after immobilizing. Effect of temperature on the relative activity of free PLC and PLC-Fe3O4@SiO2@p(GMA), hydrolyzing soybean lecithin emulsions, was determined within pH 6.5 and 7.5 for 2 h The optimum temperatures of PLC were increased by 10°C through immobilizing. The data were reproduced three times, and error bars indicate standard deviations. (a) Effect of pH on the relative activity of free PLC and PLC-Fe3O4@SiO2@p(GMA).
