Synthesis and Application of Nanomagnetic Immobilized Phospholipase C

<div>Reusability of PLC-Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@SiO<sub>2</sub>@p(GMA), using crude soybean oil as a substrate at 65°C with a pH of 7.5 for 2.5 h. PLC-Fe<sub>3</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@SiO<sub>2</sub>@p(GMA) retained 82.5% relative activity after 5 recycles. The data were reproduced three times, and error bars indicate standard deviations.</div>
