<div>Cytotoxicity of <b>4a</b> and <b>5a</b> against MCF-7 cells. Cells were treated with DMSO, <b>4a</b>, and <b>5a</b> or cisplatin for 48 hours and then the viability was determined by MTT assay.</div>
