Effect of DK1913 on the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in HCT116 cells. (a) HCT116 cells were incubated with 10 μM DCF-DA for 60 min, followed by incubation with 5 μM DK1913 for different periods (0, 1, 6, and 12 h). DCF fluorescence was assessed using flow cytometry performed on a FACSCalibur flow cytometer. (b) HCT116 cells were incubated with 10 μM DCF-DA for 60 min, followed by incubation with 5 μM DK1913 for 12 h. Intracellular ROS were visualized using an EVOSf1 fluorescence microscope (scale bar, 400 μm).
