Comparative Transcriptomic Analysis of Root Cadmium Responses in Two Chinese Rice Cultivars Yuzhenxiang and Xiangwanxian 12

Cd accumulation difference in the roots of YZX and XWX at 4 different growth stages under different temperatures and the same Cd stress. YZX and XWX rice at different growth stages (i.e., seedling, tillering, booting, and grain-filling stages) were cultured for 48 h under different temperatures (low temperature (15–20°C), moderate temperature (22–27°C), or high temperature (30–35°C)) and 2 mg/L of Cd stress. Next, Cd concentrations in the roots of these two rice cultivars were determined.
