Calcium formation during bone mineralization observed in MC3T3-E1 cell culture treated with lupeol. The treated cells were stained with 40 mM alizarin red-S (pH 4.2) for one hour and then were washed three times with PBS buffer and observed under microscopy (Zeiss Axio Z1, Germany).
