A representative bacterial growth spot assay on a tryptic soy agar culture plate imaged with epi illumination at 365 nm. 5 μL of mixtures were spotted down columns 1, 2, 4, and 5 with the highest concentration at dilution 1 and the lowest concentration at dilution 7.
