Skin conductance response (SCR) and skin potential response (SPR) times and patterns from data collected by [36] give a minimum response time of around 1/2 microsecond in a study of 600 subjects. Note that Mho (mho is ohm spelled backwards and is the inverse of ohms) has been replaced by S (microsiemens) in contemporary terminology.
