(1) 𝒞 initializes the system and sends 1^𝜆, 𝗉𝖺𝗋𝖺𝗆 to 𝒜.

(2) {𝐶,  𝗂𝗇𝖿𝗈}←𝑆𝑖𝑚^𝒪₁(ℛ,𝑇,𝗉𝖺𝗋𝖺𝗆), where 𝐶={𝒯_𝑖1,𝒯_𝑖2,…,𝒯_𝑖𝛿}⊆𝑇 is a set of clean tags (0≤𝛿≤𝑛),

  and 𝗂𝗇𝖿𝗈 is a state information.

(3) 𝑐∈_𝑅{1,…,𝛿} unknown to 𝑆𝑖𝑚, and set 𝑇=𝑇−𝐶.

(4) 𝑠𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤←𝑆𝑖𝑚^𝒪₂(ℛ,𝑇,  𝗂𝗇𝖿𝗈), where 𝑠𝑣𝑖𝑒𝑤 includes all oracle answers to queries made by 𝑆𝑖𝑚.
