The figure shows the effect of germinated brown rice (GBR) on the expression levels of the LDL-R and APO A1 genes in type 2 diabetic rats after 4 weeks of the intervention compared with the effects of brown rice (BR) and white rice (WR) ( /group). The data represent the means of each group, and the error bars represent the SDs. Bars with different letters are significantly different ( ). The groupings are the same as in Figure 1.
