Postulated Tregitope mechanism of action. Tregitopes are highly conserved Treg epitopes found in human and other species’ IgG. They are postulated to reduce the immunogenicity of neo-epitopes in the hypervariable region of IgG CDR; they also suppress immune response to other co-delivered T cell epitopes.
