Insulin secretion in response to glucose (2 g/kg per os) in adult diabetic male GK/Par rats before (d0) and after chronic treatment (d28) with RAD of Abs to β-InsR, RAD of Abs to eNOS, Subetta, (distilled water), Rosiglitazone (Rosi), or carboxy-methyl-cellulose (CMC). Insulin responses during the glucose tolerance test were calculated as incremental plasma insulin values integrated over the 120 min period following the glucose injection (AUC insulin; g/L/120 min). Each point represents the mean ± S.E.M. of 12 observations/group. versus d0-ROSI-treated GK/Par group.
