Pretreatment of miR-34a inhibitor antagonizes the effects of palmitate on pancreatic β cell. Min6 cells were transduced with either miR-34a inhibitor or control oligonucleotides. Twenty-four hours later, indicated cells were treated with palmitate for 48 h.
