Effects of Fenofibrate on Adiponectin Expression in Retinas of Streptozotocin-Induced Diabetic Rats

<div>Quantification of the adiponectin levels in rat AqH (a) and plasma (b) using an ELISA. The adiponectin concentrations increased in the AqH and plasma of the DM group. Fenofibrate decreased the concentrations of adiponectin relative to the levels that were observed in the DM group. AqH was pooled from one eye of five rats in each group.
