Evaluation of the protein expression levels of adiponectin, adipoR1, and adipoR2 in glucose-stimulated RGC-5 cells by western blot analysis. The protein expression levels increased with increasing glucose concentrations (a). Fenofibrate treatment decreased the expression levels of adiponectin, adipoR1, and adipoR2 relative to the expression levels observed in the DM group (b).
