Evaluation of the protein expression levels of adiponectin, adipoR1, and adipoR2 in glucose-stimulated RAW264.7 cells by western blot analysis. Only adiponectin increased in a dose-dependent manner with increasing glucose concentrations (a). Fenofibrate decreased the expression of adiponectin relative to the expression levels observed in the DM group (b).
