Evaluation of the expression levels of adiponectin, adipoR1, and adipoR2 in glucose-stimulated RF/6A cells by western blot analysis. The expression levels did not increase in a dose-dependent manner with increasing glucose concentrations. The -axis represents the ratios of the adiponectin, adipoR1, and adipoR2 blot densities to the β-actin blot density in each group. The sample was pooled from one eye of five rats in each group.
