The intra- and intergroup comparison of intraburst ISI1 and ISI2. ISI1 and ISI2 of neurons () recorded from DM rats were much longer than that of control rats (). APP 17 peptide treatment significantly decreased neuronal intraburst ISI1 and ISI2 () compared with DM rats, while significant differences were also found between rats in control and APP group.
