Fasting blood glucose levels of db/db mice with no treatment or with metformin and TNTL (TNTL-h, m, l = 3.6 g, 1.8 and 0.9 g/kg BW, resp.) oral administration. TNTL exhibits hypoglycemic effect with sustained medication.
