The glomerular volume (red arrow) was greater in the experimental group than in the NC group, whilst renal tubular edema, abnormal glomerular mesangial deposition, and atrophy and degeneration of renal glomeruli were observed in the experimental groups, although changes were significantly less in the MH group.
