Effects of teneligliptin on plasma uric acid levels in male Wistar rats. The rats were fed with NCD or HFD with or without teneligliptin (~4.0 mg/kg body weight/day) for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the rats were fasted for 6 hours, and then plasma samples were obtained in the presence of EDTA-Na from the aorta of rats under anesthesia.
