The pathways of DNA methylation changes in F1 offspring exposed to intrauterine hyperglycemia. Immunoprecipitated DNA was amplified and hybridized on Rat DNA Methylation K CpG Island Plus RefSeq Promoter Array according to the Roche NimbleGen protocol.
