Compared to the normal control group, TXNIP, NLRP3, procaspase-1, and IL-1β were significantly induced at both the mRNA and protein levels following 6, 12, and 24 h of exposure to 10 μg/L LPS (). Protein and mRNA levels were highest at 12 h (a, b) ( versus NC group, versus 6 h, and versus 12 h).
