Forkhead Protein FoxO1 Acts as a Repressor to Inhibit Cell Differentiation in Human Fetal Pancreatic Progenitor Cells

<div>FoxO1 inhibitor increased mRNA expression of <i>β</i> cell markers. Human fetal pancreatic progenitor cells were treated with DMSO or AS1842856 for 3 days. qRT-PCR analysis of <i>β</i> cell markers.
