Glimepiride Administered in Chow Reversibly Impairs Glucose Tolerance in Mice

<div>Glimepiride impairs glucose tolerance in many different strains. We treated a variety of wild-type inbred mice with glimepiride (8  mg/kg/day) or control chow for 2 weeks, then performed a glucose tolerance test.
