Adjusted for maternal age, prepregnancy BMI, educational level, occupational status, parity, alcohol consumption before pregnancy, smoking before pregnancy, passive smoking during pregnancy, and physical activity during pregnancy. values for trend were performed by assigning the median values of each quartile of maternal height and fitted this as a continuous variable in a separate regression model.
