Inhibition of Aberrant IGF-I Signaling in Diabetic Male Rat Retina Prevents and Reverses Changes of Diabetic Retinopathy

<div>Disruption of IAP/SHPS-1 association prevented the hyperglycemia-induced increase in vascular permeability. The animals were treated following the protocol for diabetic retinopathy reversal study described in Materials and Methods.
