Pathological Features of Diabetic Retinopathy in Spontaneously Diabetic Torii Fatty Rats

<div>The numbers of retinal folds in the study animals. No retinal folds are seen in the Sprague Dawley (SD) rats. The retinal folds in the Spontaneously Diabetic Torii (SDT) fatty rats developed earlier and are more severe than those in the SDT rats.
