TF prediction of the hub DEGs was performed using the iRegulon plugin in Cytoscape with the criteria for motif enrichment analysis as follows: identity between orthologous , FDR on motif , and normalized enrichment score . Eleven TFs (Nf1, Kdm2a, Smad3, Pbx3, Rara, Neurod1, Gfi1b, Hoxa9, Esr2, Arid5a, and Plagl1) were predicted to regulate 9 of the 13 hub DEGs.
