Regulation and Mechanism of miR-518d through the PPAR<i>α</i>-Mediated NF-<i>κ</i>B Pathway in the Development of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

<div>miR-518d negatively regulates PPAR<i>α</i>-mediated anti-inflammatory responses in HTR8/SVneo cells. Expression levels of PPAR<i>α</i> mRNA and protein were detected by (a) RT-PCR and (b) Western blotting. Expressions of mRNA and proteins of inflammatory factors were examined by (c) RT-PCT and (d) Western blotting, respectively.
