<div>Podocyte detachment. HG can inhibit the expression of <i>α</i>3<i>β</i>1 integrin through Angptl3, and TGF-<i>β</i> pathways, thus promoting podocyte isolation. In addition, HG promotes podocyte detachment by upregulating ROS and VEGF pathways.</div>
