Tacrolimus Protects Podocytes from Apoptosis via Downregulation of TRPC6 in Diabetic Nephropathy

Expressions of all above apoptotic proteins in the DM group were significantly increased compared with the NC group, and FK506 suppressed the apoptosis (a–d).
