Ghrelin Mitigates High-Glucose-Induced Oxidative Damage and Apoptosis in Lens Epithelial Cells

<div>MTT assay for the survival rate of HLE cells. (a) HLE cells were treated with different concentrations of ghrelin (0 <i>μ</i>M, 0.01 <i>μ</i>M, 0.1 <i>μ</i>M, or 1 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 h.
