Laboratory measurement set-up. A signal waveform with fading channel is generated using the PC and fed to the baseband signal generator [26] to create an analog waveform. The output power of the signal generator is adjusted so that the signal is clipped in the A/D converter [27]. The digitized signal is then collected to the PC for clipping compensation.
