The frequency of physical exercise on mental health, anxiety (), and depression () of the older adults () had a positive effect. Among them, the frequency of exercise 7 times a week on mental health (d = −1.08), anxiety (d = −2.28), and depression (d = −2.72) of the older adults which intervention effect was higher than 3–6 times a week (Table 8).
