Screening and Optimization of <i>α</i>-Glucosidase Inhibitor Production by Potent Strain of <i>Bacillus subtilis</i> Isolated from Peruyaan, Fermented Soy-Food of Northeast India

<div>GC-MS chromatogram (a) and LC-MS chromatogram (b) of ethyl acetate fraction of FMHB. Both GC-MS and LC-MS analyses revealed the presence of three bioactive compounds- compound 1 (3-propylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione), compound 2 (3-isobutylhexahydropyrrolo [1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione), and compound 3 (3- benzylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione) (c).</div>
