<i>In Vitro</i> Gastrointestinal Digestion of <i>Polyonatum cyrtonema</i> Polysaccharides and Impact on Intestinal Flora

<div>pH value (a), residual carbohydrate (b), and reducing end of polysaccharide chain content (c) were assessed throughout <i>in vitro</i> fermentation.
