The IL-27 levels of the CG before treatment, at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks of treatment were (105.86 ± 47.33), (83.74 ± 24.08), (76.55 ± 34.88), and (70.22 ± 30.43). The IL-27 levels of the SG before treatment, at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks of treatment were (104.98 ± 46.74), (68.57 ± 21.26), (64.71 ± 29.69), and (59.87 ± 25.57). ^∗indicates the obvious difference in the IL-27 level at 4 weeks of treatment between both groups (t = 3.558,  < 0.001).
