Sulforaphane Upregulates Cultured Mouse Astrocytic Aquaporin-4 Expression through p38 MAPK Pathway

<div>Effect of SFN on the proliferation of cultured mouse astrocytes by CCK-8. Astrocytes were treated with different concentrations of SFN for 6, 12, and 24 hours. The CKK-8 assay demonstrated significant differences among different working times with different SFN concentrations. When 1 <i>μ</i>M SFN was added to astrocyte for 24 hours, the relative OD value of astrocytes was found to reach the peak value in our study.
