The validation of the expression of differentially expressed genes related to the hybrid metabolic activity and the effect of the DLD gene knockdown on the cell function in RCC. (a) The relative expression levels of DLD, ALDH6A1, and SLC25A4 genes in HK-2, Caki-1, Caki-2, and 786-O cell lines were detected by the qRT-PCR. (b) The expression levels of DLD gene encoded protein in HK-2, Caki-1, Caki-2, and 786-O cell lines were detected by the western blot.
