CT scan showed a round-like slightly hypointense shadow in the right lobe of the liver with poorly defined borders; enhancement scan showed significant enhancement in the arterial phase and relative hypointensity in the portal vein phase and delayed phase, with a continuous decrease in the degree of enhancement and a “fast showing and fast-out” enhancement.
