CpG Oligodeoxynucleotides Enhance the Efficacy of Adoptive Cell Transfer Using Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes by Modifying the Th1 Polarization and Local Infiltration of Th17 Cells

CpG-ODNs enhanced the infiltration of Th17 cells in tumor mass. TILs were collected from lung cancer patients ( ) and treated with CpG-ODNs or control CpG-ODNs as described in Materials and Methods. autologous TILs were transferred into the tumor bearing Balb/c nude mice with 100 ug CpG-ODNs or control CpG-ODNs through tail vein. Ten days later, the percentages of IL-17 positive cells in CD4+ T cells isolated from tumor mass were detected by flow cytometry.
