Supplementary Material

Cytokine bead array analysis demonstrated the presence of IFN- , TNF- , IL-4 and IL-5 in T-cell culture supernatants (Supplementary Table 1). Gene expression data was performed on prevaccination un-manipulated PBMC revealed that 166 genes were differently expressed between immune responders and non responders by Class Comparison analysis per BRB array tools (Supplementary Table 2).
