PstS1 and PstS3-specific Ab production in immunized mice. Pooled serum samples (3 mice/group) of mice immunized with antigen PstS3 (a) or PstS1 (b) were analyzed by ELISA for the presence of anti-PstS1 or anti-PstS3 Abs using a conjugated secondary Abs specific total IgG.
