Phenotype of infiltrated glomerular macrophages in each CpG-ODN group. The phenotypes of infiltrated macrophages were evaluated immunohistologically using anti-CD68+ (pan macrophage) and anti-CD204+ (M2 macrophage) antibodies (a). In addition, the average number of each infiltrated glomerular macrophage and the phenotypic ratio were also evaluated (b).
